If your tracking status shows โ€œdeliveredโ€ but your package is missing, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered, and replacements/refunds will not be issued.

All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the package arrives in your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not have control over these fees and they are not included at checkout.
